International Sport & Community Development
A London-based organisation working with federations, clubs and partners across Africa, South America, South Asia and Europe — using sport to improve health outcomes and build community cohesion.

About
Vision To Go is an international sports and community development organisation headquartered in London. We work with national federations, community clubs and local partners to use sport as a practical tool for strengthening communities and improving health outcomes.
Founded in 2014 by Sir Paul Judge and Jamie Goode, the foundation has grown into a network of programmes operating in Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Guyana, Francophone West Africa, Ghana, Pakistan, Brazil, France and across London — delivered alongside corporate, philanthropic and federation partners.

Our Approach
Every programme — wherever it runs — is built on the same four ideas: sport as a platform, community, health, and youth opportunity.
We use rugby and football as the delivery mechanism — structured sessions that bring young people together with consistent expectations and shared values.
Programmes are built around local clubs and community organisations, creating shared spaces that connect people across age, background and geography.
Regular activity supports physical and mental health. Sessions integrate basic health education appropriate to the local context.
We focus on young people — providing routine, structure, role models and pathways into education, coaching and employment.
